Why do you charge an agency fee?
At our agency, charging a fee is a crucial part of how we ensure the quality and dedication that goes into planning your travels. Planning a perfect trip takes time, effort, and a lot of personalized attention. Our fee guarantees that every minute we spend crafting your adventure is accounted for and valued.
It's important to know that travel advisors typically receive payment from resorts only after our clients complete their travels. So, this agency fee acts as a safeguard. It covers our efforts in those instances where, despite hours of meticulous planning, unforeseen circumstances prevent your trip from happening.
We're confident that the level of service and attention to detail you'll experience with us makes this fee a valuable part of your travel planning process.
Which package should I choose?
This totally depends on how involved you’d like me to be!
The Basic ($99) Package is for those of you that have already been researching for your perfect trip. You have already found the location, resort and dates you want! Let me make sure you are getting the most bang for your buck! I will book you with the top vacation suppliers in the industry to make sure you are getting the most value for what you’ve found!
*must be ready to place deposit on the resort/hotel you have have been researching.
If you are looking for resort options (custom proposal), you will need a different package.
The Full Service ($199) Package - If you've decided on the destination, but you are overwhelmed with hotel/resort choices, this package is for you! Your proposal will includes at least 3 hotel/resort suggestions in one destination. This is the perfect package for an all inclusive vacation in Mexico and the Caribbean. Once the resort is decided on, we will help with flights and setting up transportation.
The Works ($299) Package - This package is our specialty! This package works for several different styles of trip.
1. We can provide a single destination handcrafted itinerary including hotel(s), flights, transportation, suggested excursions, destination recommendations, and when applicable rental cars, trains, guides, and everything in between . Due to these packages being handcrafted and loaded with detail we do not provide multiple resort options. This would work perfectly for Europe, Japan, Australia, any type of travel such as this!
2. This package is also for the client that is just unsure of the destination they want to go to! You're considering Mexico, Jamaica, the DR and St. Lucia...this is for you. You know what you want, but you're not sure where you want it. With this option, we will send over multiple resort options for multiple countries.
3. Lastly, this is the package if you want a totally hands off experience. You want us to not only send over resort options for a single destination, but you want us to help with booking tours and experiences. You'd like help with setting up nightly dinner options and spa services.
If any of those three things describe you, this is the package that you will need.
Do I have to pay the fee again if I use your service more than once?
Absolutely! Having repeat clients is fantastic – it's a sign that you loved my service and I've hit the mark in delivering what you need. Each time you come back to plan another trip, the agency fee is applied again. My loyal clients understand that this small fee is a fair exchange for the consistent, high-quality service they receive."
What if I have a group? Are the packages the same?
